Employment Litigation

Kristine is admitted to practice in the federal and state courts in New York and New Jersey. She partners with litigation counsel in cases involving claims of:

  • Discrimination
  • Hostile work environment
  • Retaliation
  • Failure to pay minimum wage, overtime, spread of hours, call-in pay, uniform maintenance pay, withheld gratuities, unlawful deductions from wages, and improperly taken meal and tip credits
  • Unpaid compensation pursuant to an employment contract or commission sales agreement
  • Failure to accommodate employees with disabilities or serious health conditions
  • Interference with Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) rights
  • Theft of confidential information and/or trade secrets
